Rental Policies

Rental period

Minimum - 2 hours, 4 hours, or 3 days depending on equipment

Day Rate - 24 hours

Week Rate - 7 consecutive days to the same time

4 Week Rate - 4 consecutive weeks to the same time

NOTE: RENT CHARGED FOR ALL TIME OUT. For you to get the best value for your money, return all items on or before the date and time DUE IN on your rental contract.

Identification

A valid driver’s license or I.D. card is required for ALL rentals. A current utility bill or major credit card may be required as a second form of identification.

Payment

An open valid credit card is required for the pick-up of the item(s). The card must be in the name of the person renting the equipment. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and check cards.

Deposit

An open credit card is required, we reserve the right to authorize a card for a certain dollar amount depending on the piece of equipment.

Metered Items

Rates for rental items equipped with hour meters are based on 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Additional usage will be charged accordingly.

Damage Waiver

A percentage of the rental rate will automatically be charged for damage waiver unless declined on the rental contract at the time of pick-up. The damage waiver is 8.99%.

Availability/Reservations

Please call for item availability. Reservations are welcome on most items excluding scaffolding.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change. Please call for price quotes. All rental charges are for time out, whether used or not. If you encounter any operational problems, call (651) 439-6592 immediately. No credits or adjustments will be made unless Action Rental is notified as soon as there is a problem.

Delivery and Pick-up

Delivery and pick-up are available at reasonable rates. Please call for the charge to your specific location. All rental items must be stacked or gathered in a single location at the time of pick-up. If you prefer, you may pick up and return your rental items to our location.

Responsibility

Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from delivery to return. All items should be secured and protected from the weather. Additional charges for replacements are made for missing or damaged items.
